Germany's WWII workhorse!
The Type VIIC was Germany's U-boat workhorse. In all, 568 were commissioned from 1940 to 1945. They had tough hulls, which helped it dive into deeper test depths and a modified bridge called a "large winter garden." Kit features detailed deck planking, a "winter garden" bridge, a detailed con tower with railing, an "Atlantic" bow and modified upper middle hull section, a 37 mm automatic flak gun, detailed 20 mm flakzwillings, pressure boxes, a periscope, a swiveling snorkel mast, a display stand and four sets of detailed decal marking options.
