Celestron PowerSeeker 60AZ Telescope – 60mm Refractor Telescope

Discover the wonders of the night sky with the Celestron PowerSeeker 60AZ Telescope. Designed for beginning astronomers and families exploring astronomy together, this beginner-friendly telescope makes it easy to start observing the Moon, planets, star clusters, and other bright celestial objects. Its lightweight design, straightforward setup, and adjustable tripod make it a practical introduction to stargazing.

The PowerSeeker 60AZ features a 60mm aperture and 700mm focal length, providing views of lunar craters, planetary details, and selected brighter deep-sky objects under suitable observing conditions. Its fully coated glass optics help deliver clear views, while the manual alt-azimuth mount allows you to point the telescope up, down, left, and right with a simple pan handle.

This telescope is also suitable for daytime terrestrial viewing. The included erect-image diagonal provides an upright image, making it useful for observing distant scenery as well as the night sky.

Whether you're purchasing a first telescope, encouraging a young astronomy enthusiast, or looking for a portable instrument for casual backyard observing, the Celestron PowerSeeker 60AZ offers an approachable way to explore the universe.
